- Problem
Orders arriving from three delivery apps on three separate tablets, a POS that didn't know about any of them, and a menu that had to be updated four times every time a price changed. Staff were fixing errors instead of serving people.
- What we did
-
- Set up and configured Toast from the ground up
- Routed DoorDash, Uber Eats, and Grubhub into it
- Made one menu the source of truth for every platform
- Trained the team and left written documentation
- Stayed on for day-to-day IT support
- Result
One screen, one menu, far fewer wrong orders — and staff back on the floor instead of behind a tablet.

What the work looks like
Three small businesses, written up the way we'd explain them to you on a call: the problem, what we did about it, and what changed.
- Problem
A property full of character, represented online by a handful of dated photos and a social account that went quiet for weeks at a time. Guests couldn't see what made it worth booking.
- What we did
-
- Shot the property in the light it actually looks best in
- Built a content plan and a posting rhythm we keep to
- Took over posting, captions, and replies
- Made the look consistent across every platform
- Result
An online presence that matches the room you walk into — and reaches guests who care about that.
- Problem
A practice about to open with nothing on the building to say so, and a window problem with no obvious answer: the offices were visible from the sidewalk, but they didn't want to give up the daylight or the view out.
- What we did
-
- Designed a custom grand opening banner for the front of the building
- Designed a matching sign for the porch
- Sourced both through printers we trust and approved the proofs
- Designed branded window decals in perforated vinyl — solid from the street, see-through from inside
- Measured, mounted, and installed everything on site
- Result
Private offices without losing the light or the view out — and a practice that read as open and established on day one.
